Did you receive a letter from MRC Brome-Missisquoi asking you to fill out a sales questionnaire or self-reporting form? You’re in the right place! Fill out the form(s) listed in the letter from the MRC in order to complete our request.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have received a letter from the MRC of Brome-Missisquoi regarding a survey for residential sale asking you to complete a survey form for residential sale AND a self-declaration form, you must complete and submit the two forms separately.

As the property evaluator assigned by your municipality, our mandate is to update the evaluation role. Therefore, we kindly request that you fill out this document.

Please fill out the self-declaration form on changes that have been made to your property in the last 10 years.

1. Additions, improvements or renovations

Since the number of years stated above, if you have made some additions, improvements or renovations on one of the following, please indicate the approximate costs and the year the work was done.

Check the components of your property that were subject to additions, improvements or renovations.

2. Short term renovation
Do your have any elements or components to repair or replace in the short term? 
In the short term, does your condo union intend to repair or replace the caracteristics of common parts of the building (windows, siding, roof, common services)?

Does your condo unit have a particular view? 
4. Condo unit situation
Is your condo unit affected by unfavorable elements? 

Ex.: noise, parking, condo fees

Exterior photos:

  • Facade showing the right side and facade showing the left side;
  • Back of the house;
  • Outbuildings (shed, garage, hangar): one photo of each.

Interior photos (overall view):

  • Kitchen;
  • Each of the Bathrooms/Powder rooms;
  • Basement if finished.

If the number of relevant photos to attach exceeds the maximum allowable, we invite you to send them to us at the following email address: formulaires@mrcbm.qc.ca indicating the address and/or registration number of your property as well as your contact information.

Section 18:
Information: Every owner or occupant of a property or his mandatary must produce or make available to the assessor or his representative, any information respecting the property that he requires for the performance of his duties, according as he requests him to produce it by means of a questionnaire or otherwise, or to make it available [....].

Section 36.1:
Role of the assessor: The assessor shall, at least every nine years, verify the accuracy of the data in his possession concerning each unit of assessment.

Those information remains confidential and will only be used for municipal property assessment purposes.
