Updating or closing a file
Users are responsible for informing Customer service of any update to their records by calling 450-263-7010 or 1-866-890-5242.
Users must inform Transit services of:
- Their new address
- Their new phone number
- Their new email address (if applicable)
- Any changes to their medical conditions requiring paratransit eligibility
- Any changes in the people who are legally responsible for them (if applicable)
- Any other relevant information
A user’s file can be closed for the following reasons:
- If the user has died, someone may ask for their file to be closed.
- A user may ask to close their file if they move out of the area.
- A user may ask to close their file if they are no longer using the service.
If a user does not use public transit for two consecutive years, their file will be automatically closed.
A user who would like to use the service again after their file has been closed must contact Transit services and sign back up.
