Transfers

Step requiring the user to change from one vehicle to another:

• Same mode of transportation (bus-bus or taxi-taxi)
• Different modes (bus-taxi)

Transferring users must not leave the area where the first vehicle dropped them off.

Users must pay twice:

On bus round trips
If they interrupt their trip and want to continue with the same itinerary
