Cancelling or changing a trip
Users can cancel or change a reservation for free, as long as they do so within the window for each type of trip.
At any time, call 450-263-7010 or 1-866-890-5242.
When Paratransit services is closed, a call centre takes notices of cancellation and lateness.

- If a user is not there to be picked up, their return trip is automatically cancelled. If the user does not want the return trip to be cancelled, they must inform Paratransit services when they cancel the outbound trip.
- Users must call Paratransit services on Friday before noon to change a trip scheduled for the weekend or Monday.
- A driver cannot change a trip without approval from a Paratransit services representative.
- If the user forgets to cancel their reservation, cancels the trip when they are picked up, or fails to cancel within the appropriate window, the trip is considered unused.
