Description
A medical appointment is defined as a consultation with a general practitioner, specialist, optometrist, dentist and denturist.
Healthcare professionals for whom the exact return time can be specified do not fall into this category: physiotherapists, chiropractors, kinesiologists, dietitians, nutritionists, homeopaths, acupuncturists, etc.
Within a Municipality
The person calls the Transportation Service when their appointment is over.
Between Two Municipalities
The person must choose a circuit time for either the trip to the appointment or the return trip.
- If the user chooses the circuit time for the trip to the appointment, they call the Transportation Service once their appointment is over.
- If the user chooses the circuit time for the return trip, they can select the time that suits them for the trip to the appointment.
Outside the Territory
- Both the trip to and from the appointment are planned based on vehicle availability and budget constraints.
- Travel authorized only for consultations with a general practitioner or a specialist.
