The tourism team at the CLD of Brome-Missisquoi manages the Brome-Missisquoi Wine Route, while also promoting the region, a 4-season destination. The tourism team also share their expertise with local entrepreneurs in the tourism industry.
The CLD established this historical trail as a way to highlight the history of the temperance and prohibition period in Brome-Missisquoi from 1848 to 1933. Along the 130-kilometre trail, you’ll find 10 stops with panels and audio guides.
The CLD is proud to support the Town of Dunham as it launches this first initiative of its kind in Quebec: a meeting and sharing space at the heart of the Brome-Missisquoi Wine Route in Dunham, working to promote and showcase the winemaking heritage of our region.
