The Brome-Missisquoi Pact 2025

For the Social Development of Brome-Missisquoi

After more than a year-long pause, the Brome-Missisquoi Pact is back, but in a new form with new objectives. A total fund of $100,000 is available for projects addressing poverty, social inclusion, and the vulnerability factors of youth and seniors. Territorial issues related to social development have already been identified:

  • Food security
  • Homelessness
  • Access to socio-community services
  • Transportation
  • Anxiety and distress, particularly among youth
  • Access to services and the inclusion of English-speaking individuals and immigrants

Only non-profit organizations and cooperatives without dividends are eligible to submit funding requests. It should be noted that co-construction of projects is necessary, and there will be no call for projects; instead, submissions will be accepted on a continuous basis. For more information, please contact Tania Szymanski, Coordinator for Community Development and Immigration (see contact details below).
