Urban planning

In order to exercise regional leadership in this area, the MRC’s land use management service has as its mandate the proposal of a development framework, resulting specifically in the Regional Development Plan, as well as various regional policies and bylaws.

These management tools identify the main guidelines and the specific objectives affecting local development, agriculture, forestry, culture, landscape and constructed heritage, natural areas and all the areas of interest present.
