Assesment Forms
Please find below two forms used by the evaluation service of the MRC Brome-Missisquoi.
In this regard, when the owner is absent at the time of the visit of our technicians, one of the two forms below is left at the property in order to be completed and sent to the evaluation service at the address stated on the return envelope:
- Survey for Residential Sale Form
- Self-Declaration Form
- Self-Declaration Form (Condo)
- Administrative review of municipal property assessment
If you wish, you can instead complete the electronic form referred to and send it by e-mail as soon as possible.
To send the form by e-mail using the button in the form, you need to open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Do not fill in browser, for the send by e-mail button won't work.
